Trigger Warning Leaked Online After OTT Release: “Trigger Warning” was the English-language directorial debut of Mouly Surya, an Indonese director and scriptwriter. The movie, which was initially acquired by Thunder Road Films in June 2016, was based on a short tale by Otep Shamaya. Netflix purchased a movie later in 2020. On June 21, Netflix’s over-the-top service debuted the newest action-thriller from Hollywood, “Trigger Warning.” Unfortunately, piracy took hold of the movie within a few hours after its OTT release.
The trailer for the movie states, “A skilled Special Forces commando (Alba) takes ownership of her father’s bar after he suddenly dies and soon finds herself at odds with a violent gang running rampant in her hometown.”
After its OTT debut, the most recent action-thriller on Netflix, “Trigger Warning,” was the victim of piracy within hours. There are rumors that the movie has been illegally leaked in high definition and is available for free download on several websites.

Piracy is prohibited in all forms and is extremely offensive. It not only undermines the teamwork that goes into any project—whether it’s a movie or television show, it doesn’t matter—but it also has an impact on the money made from artistic endeavors. Let’s respect everyone’s property rights by abstaining from piracy and consuming content legally.
