Kartikeya Gummakonda and Ishwarya Menon play the main characters in the film, while a number of other actors, including Rahul Tyson, Tanikella Bharani, Ravi Shankar, and Sarath Lohitswa, provide supporting roles. Ratna becomes involved in the struggle for political power in the villages between Nanaji (Nazar) and Doraswamy Raju (Goparaju Ramana). He defeats Doraswamy Raju to become an MLA with Nanaji’s help.
